10.-Albóndigas: The albondigas is a traditional Mexican food that consists of ball of beef with rice cooked on water or in the oven.


9.-Chilaquiles:Are tortilla chips cover with a red sauce and with cheese, also can be covered with a green sauce; Chilaquiles are often eaten at brakefast.

8.-Chile Relleno.-Is a Poblano Chili that is filled with cheese and cover with shake eggs and then it is fried on a pan.There is another type that is called Chile en Nogada.

7.-Barbacoa:Is a form of cooking meat it is very popular and in all Mexico are differets types of. Barbacoa.

6.-Pozole:It is made from nixtamalized maize with meat, usually pork, chiken, pork rinds, chili peppers, and other seasonings and garnish.

5.-Flautas:Is a rolled tortilla filled with meat or potatoe is is eaten with avocado and a combination of vegetables.

3.-Tamales.is a traditional Mesoamericandish made of masa (a starchy dough, usually corn-based), which is steamed or boiled in a leaf wrapper. The wrapping is discarded before eating. Tamales can be filled with meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, chilies or any preparation according to taste, and both the filling and the cooking liquid may be seasoned.

2.-Burritos: It consists of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose a filling. (In contrast, a taco is generally formed by simply folding a tortilla in half around a filling, leaving the semicircular perimeter open.) The flour tortilla is usually lightly grilled or steamed, to soften it and make it more pliable. In Mexico, meat and retried beans .are sometimes the only fillings.

1.-Enchiladas:A enchilada  is a tortilla rolled around a filling and covered with a chili pepper  sauce. Enchiladas can be filled with a variety of ingredients, including meat, cheese, beans, potatoes,vegetables or combinations.
